  15. I personally answer all email sent to tech@slpc.com. If you emailed that
  16. account and didn't get a reply, it is because your email was not
  17. received or the reply to you was rejected by your postmaster. Sorry, I
  18. don't recall your emails.

  20. I know the tech@slpc.com address is working fine because I get quite a
  21. few emails each day at that address. You may also email me at this
  22. CompuServe address if you prefer.
